How we handle your information

This website is operated by Janus Volantis. For enquiries relating to the United Kingdom the data controller is Janus Volantis Ltd (Companies House 16507528). For all other enquiries it is Janus Volantis OÜ (Estonian registry code 17081698).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through the enquiry or consultation forms: your name, work email, organisation, region, preferred meeting time and your message.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you and, where you ask, to arrange a call or prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR / EU GDPR, Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Engagement records are kept as long as tax and company law requires.

Cookies and tracking

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. One functional cookie, jv_region, remembers the region you selected for up to 12 months. Fonts are served from this website, not from third parties. Your region suggestion is based on your browser’s time zone and is worked out on your device; nothing is sent to us.

Third parties

Messages are delivered by our hosting provider’s mail service. If an online booking calendar is shown, that provider processes the details you enter under its own privacy terms. We never sell or share your information for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by sending a request through the contact form on this site. You may also complain to the ICO (UK), the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Netherlands) or the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonia).
